How do I create a listing?
Create an account on CityOn.pl, fill in your business details and publish. The Free listing is completely free and requires no payment verification.
What's the difference between Standard and Free?
Standard highlights your listing in category results in your city and increases your reach in the 'Nearby' section to 5 km. Your listing appears higher than Free in category results. Highlight validity: 1 year.
What does Pro offer compared to Standard?
Pro means full visibility: highlight on the homepage, city page, category page, and in search. The 'Nearby' radius increases to 25 km. Plus a dofollow link passing SEO value, removal of the 'Similar businesses' section, and no competitor banners on your listing.
What is a dofollow link and why is it important?
A dofollow link passes SEO value (link juice) from our service to your website. This helps improve your site's ranking in Google. Available in both paid packages — Standard and Pro. The free listing gets a nofollow link.
Can I add more than one listing?
Yes. You can add another listing for an additional PLN 50/year in any package — including Free. Contact us to expand your limit — activation within 24h.
How long does the Pro highlight last?
Bought individually, Standard and Pro are annual subscriptions (renewed every year). In agency packages it works differently — there, Pro listings are active for 5 years with no annual renewal.
How can I download my listing's QR code?
The QR code appears directly on the listing page and can be downloaded in high resolution (1024×1024 px). Print it on a flyer, business card, or shop window. Available for all listings.
How long does it take to activate the highlight?
After contacting us and agreeing on details, we activate the highlight within 24h. Use the contact form at cityon.pl/en/contact or messages in the user panel.
